Yes, we can offer you the Chronopost Relais option for express delivery. Delivery will take place the next day at a Chronopost collection point for all orders placed before 1 p.m. in mainland France, between 2 and 4 working days in other European countries.

If you wish to opt for express delivery, contact us either by telephone at 04.73.79.51.53 or by email at contact@labobineapois.com.

In this case, La Poste will return the next day. If you are still not at home, she will leave you a calling card to come and collect your package from the post office.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. As soon as it is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email as well as an email from the carrier who will inform you of the indicative delivery date.

If you have not collected your package on time or if a delivery incident has occurred, it will be returned to us. You cannot return items to us with one or more personalization options.

Items ordered must be in perfect new condition to be refunded. If the returned product is visibly dusty or dirty, a deduction of €30 will be applied to the refund.

Our products

Yes, all of the products that you will find on our website are manufactured by us in our workshops in Auvergne:

- the bags are made in Issoire (63500)

- accessories are manufactured in the two boutique workshops in Clermont Fd (63000) and Besse (63610).

If you have the opportunity to come see us in store, the workshops are visible from the stores.

All La Bobine à Pois models are made from materials that do not contain any products of animal origin .

Most of our bags have an Italian-made TEP (coated plastic canvas) exterior.

We opted for this material because it is very strong . We have been working with the same manufacturer for 6 years. For the sake of durability, it was important to offer a product that lasts over time and can be repaired (even several times) to support you as long as possible.

Our liners are made from 100% post-consumer recycled plastic bottles . This canvas (100% Rpet) is woven and dyed in France (in 42).

For our designs, we use a thick, water-repellent canvas, also made from post-consumer plastic bottles, woven and printed in France.

We create all the patterns on our products. You won't find them anywhere else!

We have high quality standards for our products: we want to offer robust items designed to last.

Our entire range is made with solid materials that are as eco-friendly as possible.

The items are designed to be easily repaired and thus extend their lifespan.

We attach great importance to ensuring that the product lasts as long as possible. This is why we have set up an after-sales service to give your bag a makeover, even years later.

The dye of new jeans or Bic pen marks are the sworn enemies of light-colored bags!

But if you clean your bag right away, the material cleans very well!
