Gift card

How it works ?

Nothing's easier !
Once the order has been placed, a gift card will be sent by e-mail within 48 hours to the address noted during the order, with the reduction code for the amount chosen.

(€5 / €10 / €20 / €50 / €80 / €100 / €150)

Note that gift cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The amount is to be used in a single order.

They are valid on the Internet or in store (3 rue des Gras, 63000 CLERMONT FERRAND & 9 rue Notre Dame, 63610 BESSE).
If the total amount is greater than the gift card, the difference is to be paid by the buyer.
If the total amount is less than the gift card, you can reuse the remaining amount on a future order.
Shipping costs are included in gift cards.

Orders are shipped within 72 hours .

Shipments of items in personalized orders are made at the time indicated on the product sheet (below the personalization options).

If among your order some items are personalized orders, then the package will be shipped when it is complete (latest date).

Product returns

You have 14 days to return an item to us if it does not suit you (from the date of receipt).

Items made for you as a personalized order are not subject to the withdrawal period.
